Suppress notifications like these by enabling telemetry by default.

Do you want to help us to improve Nextcloud by providing some anonymised data about your setup and usage? You can disable it at any time in the admin settings again.

This will probably require executing some custom PHP, see github.com/nextcloud/survey_client@a0ffdbdd0d/lib/Controller/EndpointController.php (L38-L43)
