Clickhouse flamegraphs (#5752) ...

* WIP: flamegraphs

* Get flame graphs generating

* Add files to bin

* Crude frontend for analyzing

* Hack: Use a stable clickhouse host instead of conn pool for flamegraphs

Otherwise no way to get back measurements due to LB.

* Error handling

* Only allow read queries

* Hide query analyze button for non-owners

* Make sure non-admins can't run queries

* Fix query issue
