Zoka fbef11b679 Use InstanceTemplate() instead of PrototypeTemplate() for accessor methods 
This fixes crash that used to happen when Eclipse debugging session hits the
breakpoint that is set either in timer or connection callback.

Evented I/O for V8 javascript.

To build:

  ./configure
  make 
  make install

To run the tests:
  
  make test

To build the documentation and install it, you will need asciidoc and
xsltproc:

  make doc install

  man doc/node.1
