Vladimir Kurchatkin 0dcb026db3 buffer: don't set kNoZeroFill flag in allocUnsafe
If `kNoZeroFill` is set here, it won't be reset in case of
pooled allocation. In case of "slow" allocation it will be
set later anyway.
