Chris Dent 6b4a93577b install: add simplejson fallback Make tools/install.py work with python 2.5 2.5 is still fairly widespread and does not include a json lib as standard. To build:

Prerequisites (Unix only):

* Python 2.6 or 2.7
* GNU Make 3.81 or newer
* libexecinfo (FreeBSD and OpenBSD only)

Unix/Macintosh:

./configure
make
make install

Windows:

vcbuild.bat
