This file will be compiled and run before `bootstrap_node.js`, which
means we now bootstrap the internal module & binding system before

- Rename the special ID that can be used to require `NativeModule`

Remove the unnecessary microTasksTickObject for scheduling microtasks

exist that need to be emitted. Consequently allow the microtasks to
execute on average fewer times, in more predictable manner than
previously.
Simplify unhandled & handled rejection tracking to do more in C++ to
avoid needing to expose additional info in JS.
When new unhandledRejections are emitted within an unhandledRejection
handler, allow the event loop to proceed first instead. This means
that if the end-user code handles all promise rejections on nextTick,
rejections within unhandledRejection now won't spiral into an infinite

This change removes `common.noop` from the Node.js internal testing
common module.
Over the last few weeks, I've grown to dislike the `common.noop`
abstraction.
First, new (and experienced) contributors are unaware of it and so it
results in a large number of low-value nits on PRs. It also increases
the number of things newcomers and infrequent contributors have to be
aware of to be effective on the project.
Second, it is confusing. Is it a singleton/property or a getter? Which
should be expected? This can lead to subtle and hard-to-find bugs. (To
my knowledge, none have landed on master. But I also think it's only a
matter of time.)
Third, the abstraction is low-value in my opinion. What does it really
get us? A case could me made that it is without value at all.
Lastly, and this is minor, but the abstraction is wordier than not using
the abstraction. `common.noop` doesn't save anything over `() => {}`.
So, I propose removing it.

The `assert.AssertionError()` can only be used correctly with `new`,
so this converts it into a proper ES6 class that will give an
appropriate error message.
This also associates the appropriate internal/errors code with all
`assert.AssertionError` instances and updates the appropriate test
cases.

Commit c5b07d4 ("lib: fix beforeExit not working with -e") runs the
to-be-evaluated code at a later time than before because it switches
from `process.nextTick()` to `setImmediate()`.
It affects `-e 'process.on("message", ...)'` because there is now a
larger time gap between startup and attaching the event listener,
increasing the chances of missing early messages. I'm reasonably
sure `process.nextTick()` was also susceptible to that, only less
pronounced.
Avoid the problem altogether by evaluating the code synchronously.
Harmonizes the logic with `Module.runMain()` from lib/module.js
which also calls `process._tickCallback()` afterwards.
