cjihrig	0cff0521c3	net: throw on invalid socket timeouts ... This commit restricts socket timeouts non-negative, finite numbers. Any other value throws a TypeError or RangeError. This prevents subtle bugs that can happen due to type coercion. isaacs	3e1b1dd4a9	Remove excessive copyright/license boilerplate ... The copyright and license notice is already in the LICENSE file.
