Johan Bergström	6a134f7d70	build: avoid passing private flags from pmake ... pmake introduces private flags (-J) when passing certain arguments to it (such as -j). Johan Bergström	5094a0fde3	build: Pass BSDmakefile args to gmake ... Minor convenience for platforms that doesn't have gmake installed but prefer the habit of writing make instead of gmake. test needs to live in .PHONY to get passed on to gmake.
