Henrik Ingo 3bead6a7de SERVER-23642 system_perf.yml refactoring
- Collapse dsi/bin/run-*.sh scripts so
   that there's one each for ycsb, benchRun
   initialSync.
 - Push some "plumbing" bash code from .yml
   files to dsi files.
 - Remove
   dsi/bin/run-distributed_correctness_suite_2.sh
   It was 100% duplicate of suite_1.
