073ea9e852 Acknoweldeged a limitation of the parallel test runner. 
Notably it will fail to report a Model.DoesNotExist exceptions because
the class itself isn't pickleable. (Django has specific code to make its
instances pickleable.)

f287bec583 Fixed #24184 -- Prevented automatic soft-apply of migrations 
Previously Django only checked for the table name in CreateModel
operations in initial migrations and faked the migration automatically.
This led to various errors and unexpected behavior. The newly introduced
--fake-initial flag to the migrate command must be passed to get the
same behavior again. With this change Django will bail out in with a
"duplicate relation / table" error instead.

b5c1a85b50 Fixed #24118 -- Added --debug-sql option for tests. 
Added a --debug-sql option for tests and runtests.py which outputs the
SQL logger for failing tests. When combined with --verbosity=2, it also
outputs the SQL for passing tests.
